Wedding & Events with Views!

All of our houses on our scenic ranch are available for weddings and other events, but  our 4 story 55 foot high Arc de Texas® is the biggest, and most suited for larger events (up to 200-250 people).  It is a unique landmark, modeled after the Arc de Triomphe du Carrousel in Paris, France.  The Arc includes four luxury suites as well as two bars, a large rooftop terrace, a swimming pool/hot tub, and 360 degree views spanning the Texas Hill Country.

In addition to the Arc de Texas®, the 4 story 86 foot high Lighthouse is also well suited for weddings and events (up to 100-125 people).  It has four bedrooms, a private swimming pool/hot tub, a sports court, and also 360 degree views of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.

The Arc de Texas® and the Lighthouse both provide an unrivaled, elegant experience.  The Ranch Houses also provide a very high quality ranch experience

DETAILS & PRICING

 

Arc de Texas® package includes:

​

  • 2 night stay in all four suites with a combined maximum occupancy of 26 guests (other homes can be rented for overflow at their respective rates)

  • Full access to both bars (first floor & rooftop) & 3 restroom facilities (bar/lobby & rooftop)

  • Bar is equipped for both renter provided bar service (wine & champagne glasses included) and a catering prep area (cook top, oven, warming ovens, ice machine & two cold food/drink storage)

  • Private use of the entire building

  • Access to Arc pool & hot tub

  • Full use of rooftop terrace and decks

  • Access to creek spa/hot tub

  • Access to 2,001 acres

    We have two packages to choose from for the Arc de Texas:
     

  • $7,499 includes all of the above for the Arc de Texas and allows you up to 100 day guests on the property or
     

  • $8,999 includes all of the above for the Arc de Texas and allows you up to 200 day guests on the property

    Both of these packages     includes the     hotel occupancy tax and pass-through cleaning fees (1/2 due at booking and remainder due 30 days prior to arrival)

    NOTE: Chairs, tables, ATV trail fees, pet fees, and any other items not listed above are not included

The Lighthouse package includes:

​

  • 2 night stay at the Lighthouse (max. occupancy 15)

  • Private pool & hot tub

  • Private full size sports court

  • Full use of Lighthouse & grounds

  • Access to creek spa/hot tub

  • Access to 2,001 acres

    We have two packages to choose from for the Lighthouse:
     

  • $4,499 includes all of the above items for the Lighthouse and allows you up to 60 day guests on the property or
     

  • $5,999 includes all of the above for the Lighthouse and allows you up to 125 day guests on the property

    Both of these packages includes the hotel occupancy tax and pass-through cleaning fee (1/2 due at booking and remainder due 30 days prior to arrival)

    NOTE: Chairs, tables, ATV trail fees, pet fees, and any other items not listed above are not included

 

Any one of the other Ranch Homes (the Log Home, the Green House, the Brown House, the Grey House and the Red House) packages:

  • 2 night stay (max. occupancy varies)

  • Access to creek spa/hot tub

  • Access to the Arc pool & hot tub (assuming an event is not going on there at the same time)

  • Access to 2,001 acres

  • $2,999 (up to 50 guests) - includes hotel occupancy tax and pass through cleaning fee (1/2 due at booking and remainder due 30 days prior to arrival)

  • NOTE: Chairs, tables, ATV trail fees, pet fees, and any other items not listed above are not included

Cancellation Policy:  Weddings and/or events are typically booked many months and sometimes years in advance.  Therefore, it is difficult for us to re-book for a wedding and/or event after a cancellation has been made.  In addition, weddings and/or events typically require additional preparation and planning time.  Accordingly, we do not provide any refunds of any payments made for weddings and/or events.  This cancellation policy becomes effective upon booking your reservation.  If you decide to make changes to your reservation during your stay, for instance, leave earlier than your check-out date, no refunds or adjustments will be made.
